Todd Griffin, Board Member
After graduating from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, Todd Griffin began his career in public service as an investigator with the New Mexico Crime Victims Reparation Commission. In 1995, Todd transferred to the Special Investigations Division (SID) of the New Mexico Department of Public Safety, where he served as a special agent investigating violations of the state's alcohol, tobacco and gambling laws. In 2003, Todd was recognized by the DWI Resource Center for his enforcement work in reducing underage drinking and sales to intoxicated persons. During his time with the SID he also served as the division’s field training instructor, public information officer, and as a background investigator in the concealed firearm licensing unit. Todd is a graduate of the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy and National Liquor Law Enforcement Academy, and is a certified police instructor who specializes in alcohol, tobacco and gambling enforcement. Todd currently serves as a Police Sergeant with the Pueblo of Sandia Police Department.

Steven Flint, Board Member
Steve began working with the DWI Resource Center as a volunteer consultant in 1993. Steven brings more than 15 years experience as a Programmer/Analyst. His career in traffic safety began as a programmer/analyst for the University of New Mexico, Division of Government Research. In 1987, Flint was employed as an analyst with the NM Traffic Safety Bureau, where he moved up to the Bureau Chief position and worked in that capacity for seven years. After leaving the Traffic Safety Bureau in 1995, he entered the private sector as a programmer/analyst. Steve now owns and operates his own company located in Albuquerque.
